Who this page is for

It covers three groups of people: visitors to this website, people who request an invite or write to us, and customers whose inboxes we warm.

This website

  • The site sets no cookies.
  • It runs no analytics, advertising or tracking scripts.
  • Its fonts, images and one small script come from our own website. Nothing is loaded from another company.
  • It has one form, the invite request. Nothing else on the site collects information.

To show you a page, our website has to see the internet address your request comes from, as every website does. We do not keep a log of visits to this site.

If you request an invite

The invite form asks for your email address and a few details about your sending. We keep what you send us so that we can review your request, keep your place on the waitlist and write back to you. We do not store your internet address or your browser details with it.

If you write to us

We keep your email address and what you wrote so that we can answer you and keep a record of the conversation.

If you are a customer

We hold what we need to run your account:

  • Your contact details and the details of your plan and billing.
  • The inboxes you connect, and what is needed to warm them.
  • The copy you give us for the warm-up.
  • Day-by-day placement for each inbox, which makes up your reports.

We use these only to run the warm-up and your account. When you leave, tell us, and we stop the warm-up and delete what we no longer need.

Who else handles the data

We use other companies to provide the computers and connections the service runs on. They handle data on our behalf, and only for that purpose.

We do not sell personal data. We do not use anyone's email for advertising.

We may disclose information when the law requires it, or when it is needed to investigate abuse of the service.

Your requests

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hello@mailsequoia.com. If the law where you live gives you further rights over your data, the same address is the place to use them.

Changes to this page

If what we do changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top is updated.
