How it works

There is nothing to install and nothing to change in your campaigns. You connect your inboxes, and MailSequoia grows their reputation a day at a time.

  1. You request an invite

Tell us how you use cold email, how many inboxes you run, and where they live. We read every request.

  2. You connect your inboxes

Once you are invited, bring your Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 inboxes across in a few minutes.

  3. You add your copy

A few emails in your own voice. We review them, then put them to work.

  4. Your inboxes grow

Each one warms a day at a time, and every day's placement is recorded for you.

Everything else stays as it is

Starting with MailSequoia does not mean starting over. Your sending tool, your lists, your sequences and your schedule all stay exactly as they are today.

Connecting takes a few minutes of your time. Growing a reputation takes longer, and the first weeks matter most. You watch it happen in your placement, day by day.

And if you ever decide MailSequoia is not for you, leaving is just as simple. Tell us, and we stop.

What a day of warm-up looks like

Every inbox has good days and rough ones. MailSequoia looks after both, and shows you each.

A good day

  1. Your inbox sends warm-up email in your voice.
  2. It lands where it should.
  3. It is handled the way people handle mail they want.
  4. Today's ring is recorded as a strong one.

A rough day

  1. Some of the inbox's email lands in spam.
  2. The day's placement shows it, plainly.
  3. The warm-up keeps working on that inbox.
  4. You watch it recover, ring by ring.

Ready for campaigns

  1. Placement holds steady, day after day.
  2. You give the inbox real campaigns.
  3. The warm-up carries on underneath them.
  4. Its history keeps growing.
