Plans sized by your inboxes
There is no price list and no checkout. Tell us how many inboxes you want warmed, and we quote for exactly that.

Plans differ in how many inboxes you warm, not in what you get.
- Human-grade engagement for every inbox.
- A private warm-up pool, not a swap network.
- Warm-up written in your own voice.
- A placement read for every inbox, every day.
- Google Workspace and Microsoft 365, with a dashboard and an API.
- Nothing changed in your campaigns.
How a quote works
We ask three questions, and the quote follows from the answers.
- About how many inboxes do you want warmed?
- Are they on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or both?
- What do you use cold email for?
How do I sign up?
Request an invite. MailSequoia is invite only: we read every request, add you to the waitlist, and write to you when a place opens.
Why is there no price list?
Because what it takes to warm your inboxes depends on how many you run and where they live, and that differs a great deal from one sender to the next. A quote for your numbers is more honest than a table of guesses.
Is there a free trial?
No. Places are limited, and they go to senders who plan to stay. Starting small on Sapling is the simplest way to try it.
What counts as an inbox?
Each email address you connect counts once, whatever provider it is on.
What if I add inboxes, or retire some?
Tell us. Plans are sized by your inboxes, so a real change means a new quote.
Not sure which plan fits?
Skip the choosing. Request an invite, tell us your numbers, and we will say which one you are.
